I have a Motorola V3. Sorry I forgot to mention it. However, I did get into a Best Buy store today,; and went ahead and purchased the headphones with the adaptor already on it, and it works fine. It must just be the adaptor I bought off Ebay. Thanks for your response!

Tried the Napster free trial, did not download anything, cancelled my account. Now the music I purchased from i-Tunes is locked from playing on hand devices due to Napster licensing. How do I unlock...

Perform a hard reset (a.k.a "wipe") on the phone. I will erase all data which will completely remove Napster. Make a backup of the files on the phone you wish to keep before wiping.

How to remove DRM protection from Napster

Napster music contains DRM protection, which always in a DRM protected WMA format. I
f you want to put it into iPod, Zune, or other MP3 player, you have to remove DRM protection from Napster music first. Here is a detailed guide to show you how to remove Napster DRM.

You may need specific Napster DRM Removal Software to strip this DRM copy protection from these Napster WMA tracks. This article presents you a easy way: using software, such as Wondershare Music Converter to remove Napster protection to non-drm ones . This software is especially useful for alleviating compatibility issues.
Here is the step by step tutorial for the program:

1. Download Wondershare Music Converter, install and run it. Then, add DRM WMA music onto it. You can either click 'ADD' button to insert the music you want to convert, or easily drag & drop the files into 'Getting started' table. This software supports batch conversion, so you can add several files at a time.

2 Choose MP3 or WMA as your output audio format. Click the setting button, you can set the parameter with pleasure. You also can change the output file location, or the output files will be located as default.

3.Last thing, click the start button, and the converting process is beginning. After converting, the audio are DRM-ripped. Just finish the process of removing DRM from Napster WMA in several minutes.

Can't download music from Napster to YH-920

Move all the files to the windows media player. So the songs are listed in the media player. Then connect the device and use the sync option in the media player. There may also be a sync option in napster but I think the windows media player would work better.

Do I need to download any special software to use my new mp3

I'm no expert, but we have both an iPod and a Sansa mp3 player, and I prefer to use Napster with my Sansa player. It's a monthly subscription (about 15 bucks a month), but you can audition the entire song and download as many as you want to your computer or your player. With iTunes and the iPod, you can usually audition just the first 30 seconds of a song and then have to pay 99 cents foreach one you want to download. it. Napster has access to a huge library of music, and you can also just select (without downloading) whatever mix of music you want and use Napster as your personal radio station. The one downside of Napster is that you have to maintain your subscription or you won't be able to play the music you downloaded to your player. Good luck.

Synchronize to continue your music subscription???????????

You need to renew your Napster memebership - unfortunately, there are no permanent freebies with that music svc - must constantly renew

Synchronoze to continue music subscription

I treat my Sansa like a disk drive and simply transfer the files from my hard drive to the Sansa via Explorer.  The tracks purchased from Napster can be downloaded to your hard drive.  Then I exit Napster and use Windows Explorer to simply transfer the data.  Works great for me for the past month!
