Jog wheel assembly

While replacing the battery, the jog wheel popped out and came apart. Apparently, it consists of the "wheel", a spring, and a metal cover/housing. Since I didn't see it assembled and in place, I'm having a heck of a time trying to put humpty-dumpty together again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
