Check the menu by pushing the buttons on the monitor until you see one named "degause" you may need to run this twice to correct the screen. most crts have this feature built in anymore.

I dont kno the wiring colors for my 2000 taurus radio

All you need to do is get the power, ground, and antenna hooked up then start with two colors matching, example: one purple and one black with purple line hook those up to a matching speaker wire then turn stereo on and go to balance setting choose back left if speaker does not sound then go back right and if speaker does not sound then try front speaker right and then left once you find correct speaker move on to next two matching remember to. Mark wires FL or fr or bl or back right. Good luck

Hi people, so i want to install a aftermarket stereo in my 83 caddy sedan deville but i dont get the wires can somebody tell me do i need to use all the wires that the caddy has to put a after market...

Hi, please check to see if your colors match the ones below. If yes, then connect them to the aftermarket colors shown next. Assuming your factory installation has only four speakers, there should not be a lot of wires left over.

I have no audio on my pc

1. Check the volume control (which you will find in the lower right corner of the screen, next to the time of day). Make sure it is not muted.

2. If the speakers are powered, make sure they are turned on.

3. Make sure the speakers are plugged into the correct socket on the back of the PC. Most connectors are color coded, and the colors of the plug must match the color of the socket.

My 51" sony rear projector has blue shadow on image. pictures are fine but it has blue shadow. how can I fix that?

Clean the mirror or the blue color gun. You may have it next to a powerful magnet from a speaker system that can also distort the blue. If thats not it it may be bad convergence ICs

Dell XPS M1210 laptop was set next to a speaker and now the bottom half of the screen is grey

It's due to the magnetic field interferences from the speaker. At the first place, you shouldn't keep it near the speakers.

Always keep speakers far away from the Monitor. Now turn off the monitor and turn it on again, hope it solve the problem. You may even need to restart the system.

Moving magnetic fields (such as from an electric motor) can cause flickering when near a CRT screen. A static magnetic field, such as from your computer's speakers, can cause color shifts or incorrect colors in the area near the magnet. This color shift is caused by parts of the screen becoming magnetized. Occasionally the color shift will remain after you remove the source of magnetism. To help reduce or eliminate the color shift, you can use the degaussing option on most monitors. Most newer monitors automatically degauss when you turn them on, while older monitors might require you do to it manually. Most monitors have a button or menu option that enables you to degauss it manually. Degaussing a monitor will de-magnetize the inside of the monitor, removing the color shift. Unfortunately, if the monitor is exposed to the source of magnetism for too long, degaussing will not be able to clear it up, requiring you to repair or replace the monitor.

Power cuts off after a second after turning on.

There is a very good chance that you have a channel where the output transistors are shorted. Remove the top and pull the center colored ribbon cable going to the power amplifier section. If your display stays on, this is the problem

Connect speakers to computer

DESKTOP :

You want to look for 3 colored ports on your computer if it is a desktop

Green - Headphones / Speaker Ports

Blue - Audio In (from CD player or other device)

Pink - Microphone

You will want to take the plug from your speakers and plug it into the Green spot on the back of your computer.

LAPTOP:

If you have a laptop look on the front of the machine (usually) again you should see 3 connectors (May not be colored) but there will be a symbol next to each jack. You want to look for the speaker symbol .

Plug your speakers into there

let me know if this helps.

Need to know what wires are the back and front speakers

easy to check out bro get some power to your tuner give it half volume even if its just radio static -adjust the fader to the front only and plug the speaker leads into the different colored wire groups -one group at a time -if i remember correctly there should be 4 color groups white/white-black and grey/grey-black should be your front left/right and green set should be rear along with a purple but if you arent sure then do like i said and just fade to the front and hook up a speaker to each color group -the 2 groups that work now- are your front leads-you can then determine left from right by adjusting the balance.label your leads with some tape and a marker for next time and good luck
