Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
First of all try taking a back up of the phone .... then i wud recommend to visit a motorola service centre and ask for a software upgrade or flash ..... i think that should solve the problem ..... but that will delete all the data ... .ask the service centre if they cud backup for you ....
