Question about Kenmore 73503 Stainless Steel Bottom Freezer Refrigerator
This is a new fridge about 2 weeks old. The refrigerator and freezer both seem to be working fine (constant 38 and 0 degrees), however condensation builds up on outside of the hidden door hinge that flips out when the left side door closes. I'm not sure if there is a leak in the gasket or if the doors are not closing completely. Or is this just something that's common to all french door style fridges.

SOURCE: friction between the doors
look at the hinge on the top of the freezer door, unloosen the bolts that's holding the bracket, move the door a little bit to the left then tighten the bolts again. that should solve your problem.

SOURCE: frost inside freezer door
there is a small electric heater along the door gasket where you see the frost building up, this heater has apparently stopped working. this will also cause the door to pop open due to a poor seal. feel around where the door gasket contacts the refrigerator and it should feel a little warm. if not then a service company can replace those heaters. should not be too expensive.

Check to see if there is any ice built up on the back wall of the freezer. If so thaw the ice and take the back wall out of the freezer. next check to see if the fan is running in the freezer (evaporator fan) This fan is what circulates the air from the freezer to the fridge. If it does run then you have a defrost problem (if ice is on the coils and back wall). Then replace defrost timer, heater, and thermostat.

You can use cooking oil or wd-40 to go around the rubber seal of the door especially near the hinge to make sure it has a tight closure
