Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Hi, I was speaking with Jay to get help to solve my HPScanjet G4050 problem. He asked me to download a program called Crossloop so that he could access my computer and help me with the problem. After downloading the program, I lost him. I would like a refund of the $14.95 (or $14.99, I'm not sure which) back to my credit card. My email address is MaryMThomas. I was on the internet live with him around 10:00 or thereabouts today, October 14,2008. My nickname that I gave was MLMT1. I don't have the print out of the charges or the number. I assume that I was going to get that when he fixed the problem for me, although my charge was upfront before I got to talk with him. My home phone is 336-723-8563.
