accept. You might be suprised as it is often 44100kHz 16-
bit stereo. Use waveOutGetDevCaps to find out what
formats it supports.
=> Didn't try this yet, but when there is a dial-up
connection and I play the wav file in the windows media
player, I can hear it over the phone - therefore I assume
that the problem is not in the modem
modem? Does it have cables that connect to your sound
card?
=> yes, it is (Sportster Voice 56k). however, with this
modem the windows media player cannot play the file and is
stuck on opening it
