I need a part for a McCulloch EM14E Electramac a bar for the chain

The chain oil feed is a gravity feed and will continue to feed when you put the saw down. Empty the chain oil resoivour when the machine is being stored. or store it in a driptray.

You will use "Bar and Chain Oil" for your chain and bar lubricant...it is specially formulated to be used on chains and bars of chainsaws...
You can buy it at any Loews,HomeDepot, Ace Hardware, etc.

Tension adjustment is on page 10. All chains are adjusted similarly, this one is reasonably complete, the only addition I suggest is to elevate the nose of the bar when adjusting and tightening. Experience tells me adjustments require many fewer tweaks when the nose is elevated.

Adjust the chain until you can pull on it and it will come away from the bar but will not hang from the bar. If that does not solve your problem then the chain or drive gear is worn out. If the oiler is not working it is for sure worn out.

Your chain is too loose or it is worn out. Adjust the tension on the chain. The chain should not hang away from the bar but should be loose enough that you can pull it away from the bar with not much effort. Adjust the tension until it is set correctly.

there should be a screw at the back end of the bar.Screw it in to push the bar out ,or forward, thus makeing the chain tighter

You need one of these chains or something similar:
Oregon 16-Inch Pro-Guard Chain Saw Chain Fits Cub Cadet, Echo, Homelite, McCulloch, Makita, Partner, Poulan #H66

The McCulloch ProMac 600 series (610/650) doesn't recommend a saw chain replacement part because you can get differently-sized bars for it. This one came with a 20" bar.
According to an Amazon.com search tonight, the Oregon company makes a replacement part stock number D70. I have got an Oregon H78 replacement chain at my hardware store and it's a hair too small. Not all 20" saw chains are created equal!!
