Hi,
If the drum units have been removed repeatedly without the drum guide service tool it's possible to break one or both tabs. These tabs open the toner hopper when the drum unit is slid in, and if they are broken, toner will not be fed into the drum unit.
NOTE: The unit may work for a while until the developer to toner ratio drops enough to cause an error.
