Why fire fox can't find server

First of all, have you tried to connect to the Internet using Internet Explorer? If you can, then it is most likely that one of Firefox's file has become corrupt. In order to do this properly (best - and presuming you can get online), download Revo Uninstaller Free. Once you have downloaded it and installed it, start it up. You will get a display of many of the programs that you have on your computer. There will also be some that will appear to be duplicates. They start with the name, Microsoft Visual C++ - DO NOT UNINSTALL ANY OF THESE. Look for Firefox and click on it's icon once. Now look at the top row and find Uninstall (not Uninstaller), it should be the 6th icon from the left. Click on it and you will get a dialogue box asking if you really want to uninstall Firefox. Click on Yes and another dialogue box will open. This one asks which "Mode" you want to use. Click on the radio button/dot on the bottom that says Advanced. This will get rid of ALL traces of Firefox. There will be some further action you may have to take when Revo asks if you want to uninstall other values/files. With the ones on the first list, click ONLY on the boxes next to an name that stands out in BOLD letters. NO DOING THIS COULD POSSIBLY RENDER YOUR COMPUTER NON-FUNCTIONAL!
Follow the prompts and you will get rid of Firefox traces and be able to install a new version with no corrupt files.

sounds like you have a bad connection. what that is, is that your page is timing out. make sure all your cables are pluged in securely and one more thing to help is a program called "CCleaner" it cleans registry errors and cleans your internet cache. cache build up realy slows down your web browsing.

I want to down load realtec hd driver

In task manager click on "new task" and then type "explorer.exe" into the dialogue box. If everything boots up then its somhow been removed from your startup process, most likly a virus.

Type "msconfig" into the run dialogue box (start>run) [start menu search in vista] and check your startup options.

To manually re-add explorer to the startup follow these instuctions carefully.

Type regedit into the run dialogue box (start>run) [start menu search in vista] navigate the folders on the left to Winlogon

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/MICROSOFT/WINDOWS NT/CURRENT VERSION/WinLogon
look for Shell double click it and in the value data box delete whats there and put this:
explorer.exe

ok my friend its either viruses or smthing missing in ur system orrrrr it might be the security programmes.

so lets do it step by step

first i will need you to disable all security programmes and try the internet getting the same issue or not
if still the same issue then lets do the second step

second lets download malware bytes from www.malwarebytes.org
now lets run the updates and then run a full scan.
after removing any infections and rebooting now try again and see if we still have the same issue.

if not thats great but if we still have it then lets do step three

now click start
click on control panel
click on add remove programmes.
in the left pane the third option is (add remove windows components). click on that
wait for few minutes until u have a list with check boxes.
now search for internet explorer and uncheck the box beside it.
click next or finish.
now again go to add remove windows components and this time check the box of internet explorer.
(note: this may require the windows CD).

after all of that if it is still not working then
click start
click run
type CMD and click ok
type sfc /scannow
press enter. (you will need the windows CD for sure to fix any issues).

after all of that please tell me what happened with u

cheers

Hi,

Have you tried increasing the Screen Resolution to 1024 X 768? This could be done by right clicking on any clear area of your desktop, click on "Properties", click on "Settings" tab, move the Screen resolution slider till it shows 1024X768, Apply, OK. Should you be able to do this, then the "Apply" and "OK" buttons should now be visible. If for some reason you cannot set it to 1024X768, then 800 X 600 should also work albeit a little larger.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.

4.Wait for at least 30 minutes then check your browser.
5. If there is no internet signal, you should call your internet provider's technical service.
