Question about Samsung TXM3297HF 32" TV
Look for a small flat Ic attached to a heatsink with about 11 pins. That should be the vertical IC. Resolder the pins first. If that fails to resolve the problem, replace the IC and update this note with your results. The IC should be marked LA7837 or something similar.
