Question about Casio EXILIM ZOOM EX-Z60 Digital Camera
Recently, i went paintballing and took a lot of photo's. After which, i washed my paintball pants and unknown to me, my Casio Exlim EZ-Z60 was in my pocket, so i found it after the washer had turned off.
I have been airing it out for 3 days now, and the only way it will turn on is if i hold the power button, or to press the power button once then again after a second or so, and then it makes a noise like if you were to go to the gallery, and will show a screen that says "Adjust" and it has a Time&Date setup, but my keypad doesn't have any affect on the screen.
If i try to turn it on normally, it will flash the green power light and stay black, a couple minutes later it will make a noise as it turns itself off.
Help me please. I would really really appreciate some feedback that might help.
If it requires taking apart i have the materials required to do so. I figured that would be a last resort, in the case it couldn't be replaced and that i cant get any help.
Your camera can be fully repaired for 85.00 this includes and parts that got damaged.let me know if I can help. alcohol less then 99% will damage the camera just fyi because if it still has a charge in the compasitor you risk shorting them out again.

Sorry if the replay comes late, but whenever that happen with any electronic device, the best thing to do is, first off all remove the batteries, after is to taking it apart and just wash with alcool, to remove the water and humidity, and after dry it up, u can still trying it, therefore just do it as quick as possible.

Tips for a great answer:

In most paintball games and tournament play, a paintball impact but non-break is non-elimination. It is good sportsmanship to call out "bounced" or "didn't break" if he/she is hit but does not receive paintball splatter.
