I lost my manual

I lost all paper & booklet that came with the satalite becouse we moved.no telling what happened to it.But anyways i need the codes for the rca vcr,jvc dvd player,pro logic(vsx-453)stered receiver,or just the quick way of doing it.Like most remotes u can hold the search botten down then hit the on-off botten untill it shuts off.I remember doing it to this remote but cant remember the sequince.Hope u can help me,becouse directv wants two much money just to tell me over the phone.And i think that is just stupid! Well do what u can do for me please. THANK YOU

All right. I have some code for you because i just bought an universal remote controle. So, whish king of TV, DVD or electronic devices are you trying to connect? I need to know the brand and what is it (DVD or TV etc...)
