- New black ink cartridge was working just fine for weeks, all of a sudden stopped working. All 3 colors work fine. Replaced with new cartridge still same issue, went back to the full cartridge that stopped working, still no black ink????? - The FussJan 23, 2009

- Black is not printing even after replacement with new black cartridges and five automatic cleansing procedures. Colors print fine.There is rudimentary black line printout on one attempt, quite faint and not complete. - radiol
