Question about Logitech 9311450403 Mouse
Usually there is a CD that would come with the mouse when you buy it. You'd insert the CD into your computer, and an installation program would launch (note, though, that some of those are only designed to work on Windows computers, so they won't work if you have a Mac). Otherwise, you could check the website of the company that made the mouse. Usually, you can either find those things in the support section, or you could find the product and look for a link to download the software.
By the way, the basic functions (left- and right-click and scroll) should still work without installing software.
