thanks for the info, I found out what the problem was. The move was a little bumper than i though. Some of the oil dripped on the board and burned a jumper into. repaired jumper, and it was a m_ _ _ _ _ fer to clean oil off board till i found right electronic cleaner. Now TV fires up, and everything looks to be working fine. but i noticed there to be a slight crackling sound coming from the 3 projectors. is that normal , or is that from the oil that on stuff that shouldn't be. if so, whats the best way to resolve. don't have any manuals on dismantle or reassembly. Thanks for any help.

I have a 50" haier tv that won't come on tried numerous plugs in my house moved it from one room to another and it quit working

Sounds like it died a noble death. U might want to check out the Power supply first. Also check the cord to make sure that power is reaching the unit.

To transport a loewe spheros 42 plasma unit with rotating stand does the tv unit detach from the stand? I understand that the plasma tv should be transported in an upright position only is this true?

Yes, it should be transported in upright position.
When we moved, our moving company arranged a crating company to crate our Spheros unit. They built a crate around the TV and secured it in an upright position along with the rotating stand. They then put a tilt sensor (you get the serial number of the tilt sensor) to make sure that the moving people don't tilt the crate. They also un-crate it at your destination. The only problem is that the TV is already quite heavy to begin with (~180 lbs), and with the crate, it becomes almost impossible for the movers move it in perfect upright position....though our movers really tried hard.

After freezer was moved not getting cold

Unplug the unit and leave it undisturbed for 24 hours. Plug the unit back in again and see if it will come to temp.

No picture, no sound, power light stays on

this is a tricky one but i would say it could be a pannel inside that has gone with all the moving of the tv about you could hav just moved something inside that shouldent hv moved ( its easley done ) best thing to do is take it to a phillips dealer.

Sounds like a bad power switch or a broken wire in the line cord.

Air conditioner wont stay running

Is the compressor running at all? During the move was the unit kept upright? The compressor cant compress a liquid so if the unit was set on one of its sides or upside down for very long the oil drained into the compression chamber and it will take an equal amount of time for it to drain back out do not try to run it until it has set upright for a day at best it will trip the overload at worst it will break a valve. Hope this was some help GL!

Kenmore freezer not cold at all!

We had a Kenmore upright which worked fine but then suddenly was not keeping food frozen. Long story short, do not store anything on top of the freezer unit. It will insulate the coils that run across the top of the unit, and cause your compressor to work harder than it needs to, and eventually overheat and become ineffective. Says nothing about it in the user manual. We learned the hard way by losing food.
