Hi,try to update your windows and latest driver for your wireless lan or reinstalling the windows with your recovery DVDs,if you still have problem make sure your hardware is survive(think you drop the laptop or in water or use in bad humidity weather or not) look at your wireless lan connection that you can connect to any other access point or not, if you can connect but not go online problem is with your access point or wireless lan connection configurations(like IP address ,MAC address restrictions or DHCP PROBLEM)if so ask from some expert if you can not connect to to any other wireless access point so you may have problem as i mention above in first step, kind regards
It depends on the connection mode you are using. If you are using a wired network connection, then you have to ensure that your pc is configured to the address of the network you are using. Make sure that you have the correct IP address configured on your system. If you can not do this yourself, contact the technician who installed the connections to help you further. If you are using a wireless connection via wireless LAN, ensure that you search for the network. Go to the notification area icon at the bottom right of the screen, right click on the internet access icon, and search for the network. Before you connect to the network make sure you have access to it. If you are using a modem, be sure that the subscription is intact. You should have subsribed to a bundle. When you have satisfied those conditions you click on connect. If you have further problems, feel free to let me know by posting a comment on this post. I hope that fixed your problem? Have a lovely day.
Adding a browser should not effect your internet access. Do you still have your old browser? Does it work? Have you accessed your network connections and checked to see the condition of your connection? Did you configure your browser to work on your connection? --On your browser click TOOLS and go to internet options. --Check the CONNECTIONS tab --Click LAN SETTINGS --Check the box that says "automatically detect settings" --Uncheck any other box. If this does not work, u need to provide more info about your network settings.
