Question about Canon imageCLASS MF4150 All-In-One Laser Printer
I installed as per canon instruction. Once I connect the USB to printer ancomputer running Vista home premium it installs the drivers but just say "Failed" for MF4100 Series. Then it goes ahead and sets up the printer and fax and they work fine.
In the device manager the Imaging Devices shows the Canon MF4150 but with a yellow exclamation mark and the detail has the message that driver
can not be loaded contact manufacturers (Code = 39).
Called cannon and they have me reinstalled 10 times but still same errors. I tried to install on another XP machine and it works fine. I am using the new visa driver CD.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Tips for a great answer:
Remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer software and connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Check printer properties to see the ink levels.
Use head cleaning before a test is taken .
