Question about KitchenAid Kitchen Ranges
SOURCE: Have JDS26 drop in range.
F3 error code is for the oven tempreture sensor you would have to perform an ohms test on the sensor and it should read between 1000-1100 ohms any less and you would replace the oven tempreture sensor.
F4 is the same as F3 states to check for a melted connector as well or both leads shorted to the ground
F5 is also from the oven tempreture sensor as well so I would tend to think that the oven tempreture sensor in your unit needs to be replaced if you have any further questions message me back and please remember when our chat has fully concluded to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to continue helping others in similar situations in the future. The F4 fault code description is a shorted or open oven temperature sensor (RTD). Please check the sensor harness and harness connection between oven sensor and oven control. Replace oven temperature sensor (RTD) if wiring is ok.
Hope it helps.
