Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

When I try to insert a memory stick into my sony cyber-shot dsc-p20 it won't lock in place and I can't close the door. Help!

Try quickly pushing the card in and letting it go, fast. Keep trying this and see if the card finally locks, you could have a build up of fluff on the latching mechanism. doing this could free the fluff and problem solved.
Its also possible that the latching mechanism has dislodged which means a dismantle at a repair shop.

Macbook pro lock up

Not usually, It depends how much other stuff you are running. You may need a RAM upgrade. Next time it locks up hit "Apple, option, esc" will bring up a task manager, you can close the programs not responding from here. Try closing all programs and then trying your office APPS. If still no good you WILL need a RAM upgrade.

Creating Mailing Labels in MS Word 2000

It could be that the file you're using as a data source is too large, causing Windows to exceed the limits of your computer's RAM. Try extracting just the data you need from the spreadsheet into a MS Word 2000 table, and save that document as a separate Word document (your new data source).
