If it turned on again, retrieve all your files saved on your phone drives. I had this problem and i let it worsen to the point were i couldn't even turn it on at all. But if it doesn't turn on again. Then take it to a specialist and have 'em take a look at it. Usually its broken, and can't be fixed.

I generally fix electronics, even if I am not an expert on this particular model I can tell something about this.
"no signal" The first phone has no signal, if the sim card inside is the right one from same network that the phone is locked to, then it must be a problem with the antenna. Try different sim cards on this phone, if nothing works, then it is the internal antenna that is defective.
the second phone turning off instead, can be a problem with battery or charger, try replacing battery and ac charger with the one from first phone, see if that works.
