Question about Electrolux Refrigerators

To Whom It May Concern!!! We purchased a Frost Free Upright Freezer in June,2008. The model # FFH2067DW7 and the Ser. # WB82136684. After approx. a month we noticed there was frost accumalating between the top of the door and the Freezer where it closes. We called you people for a replacement and you insisted on sending a repairman. One Co. refused to do the work you recommended, because it was too involved. You sent the "Appliance Dr." here in the Oklahoma City area, to do some repairs. They came out and put insulation in the door and it would't even close. Now they say they are waiting on a part called "a buzzer." (whatever that is) That was 2 weeks ago and they told us it would only take a few days. After numerous calls to the repair Co. and to Electolux Service Dept. We still don't have a working freezer. We just want the Electolux Co. to know you are not abiding by "The Lemon Law." If we don't get any satisfaction in the repair or replacement by Nov. 1,2008 we are contacting the Better Business Bureau on "Electrolux" and "The Appliance Dr" for unsatisfactory service, and turning it over to our Lawyer. We have been out the inconvience of a Freezer and rental of a freezer to store our food in for almost 3 months, while we wait on you people. We have made numerous calls to you and we keep getting the "run Around" Our reference service number is# 80441075. Would you please check this out for us and see what is going on. We have always held your company in high esteem and are very disappointed in your service or actually "Lack of Service" in this matter. We will be waiting to hear from you!!!!! Mr & Mrs William A. Is a Kenmore upright freezer model 253.23424102 frost free?

Taking out trays for cleaning

Usually the holes are deeper than they appear in the side walls. Lift the shelves just a hair and then push them left...the right side should now be outside the hole and able to be moved upward until left side clears.

Reverse this process to reinsert. Good Luck.

Freezer has frost in back- frig not coolling

You have a defrost parts issue.
Unplug the fridge. Remove the back freezer panel and check the defrost heater and defrost thermostat.
Without a model number I can not tell you where the defrost timer is.

hi thanks for the question its normal for a frost free freezer to run a long time to keep a good cold temp i don't think you have a problem thanks the appliance doc
