P.S. if you would just delete all temp files and internet cookies you will notice that your spysweeper will not detect anything because
you already deleted them. They hide in these folders. You should
be running Internet explorer ,,it is dangerous,,run firefox,it is safer.
if you do run firefox just delete everything from internet options and look under tools on firefox and clear all private data.

On home page open (about my subscription)
you must be running version 5.5.0.0 min if your spysweeper
is not this or higher it won't work with vista

Have just installed windows vista on toshiba laptop now everytime we turn it on we get "Driver is blocked due to compatibility issues" will this continue or can we fix it.

It really depends on which driver it is talking about. I would goto the Toshiab website and download all vista drivers for your laptop, install them all and see if that resolves the issue.

My computer will not download Macromedia Flash Player

This sounds to be either a permissions problem, or compatability issue with vista, or you may have some type of malware / trojan / virus on your computer blocking access to flash player updates / installs.

To make sure, it's not a vista related permissions / compatability issue, download flashplyer installer from here:
(links at end of post)

Right-click on it, and select " Run as administrator "
if install fails again, try to change compatability to windows XP sp2

If it still fails, update your virus protection software, or get one, and run a full scan, also look for Malwarebytes and Spybot Search & Destroy malware / spyware removal tools.

These softwares are FREE of charge, and i personally use them.

Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html
Malware Bytes - http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Flash Player - http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Weebroot blocked

Do you have Windows XP or Vista first of all?

There are a lot of compatibility issues when you are running more than one version of Spyware programs. As well as Inuit, AOL, Zone Alarm and a few other.

You may want to uninstall any other version of Spyware software if that is the case on an XP machine.

If it is a Vista machine, to make sure you have downloaded the newest patch as well as remove any other spyware programs.

I would suggest add/remove programs one by one, then rebooting to see if you can run your program. Delete programs you are not using anyway.

Let me know how it' goes..

Driver blockt work due to compatibility issues.

A user can uninstall the Windows Vista update that is causing this issue. Once the update is uninstalled you will need to wait until Microsoft has released a fix for this issue. Otherwise, a Windows Vista update may cause this problem to occur again if Microsoft has not pushed a fix yet.
To uninstall the conflicting update, do the following:
1. Click Start
2. Click Control Panel
3. Click Programs and Features
4. Choose View installed updates
5. Select "Update for Microsoft Windows (KB943302)
6. Click Uninstall
7. Restart your computer and the update should be uninstalled
