Question about Linksys WUSB54GC 802.11g/b Wireless Adapter
I just got this wireless USB from my parents. I downloaded the driver from the linksys website and set it up. I connected to our wirless internet with the right information. I tried to get on the internet without an ethernet cable, with the USB pluged in, but it just goes straight to "Page cannot be displayed". I remeber that my parents used to have to go to a website every so often to put in some details to get the wireless USB back up and running but I can't remember the website, and neither can they. If anyone can help me I would be eternally greatfull.
"Page cannot be displayed" means "no internet connection".
Go to Start > All programs (XP) and look for Linksys. There should be a "manager" or some type of program. Run it, And look for a tool that will change from "AP mode" to "station mode". Once it makes the change, the networks should pop up. Select yours.
