Question about Toshiba e-STUDIO 50F Plain Paper Laser Fax
The company I work for has a Panafax UF-560 and we need to replace the start button on the machine. We do not exactly know how to take it apart to do so without breaking it. It should be fairly easy with a little guidance that is why I am trying to find something on the web before we pay a technician.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
Open the doc feeder
Use a screwdriver to pry black base away from keyboard
Unplug keyboard large white connector.
Remove 17 gold screws
Carefully disconnect ribbon cable by pulling white part of ribbon plug away.
Unsolder one of the switches you never use (contrast?) 2 pins.
Unsolder start switch and replace

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
