Question about Fargo DTC525 ID Card Printer
When i turn on my dtc500 id card printer, it continues to restart itself instead of going to the main LCD menu.
i mean the booting sequence of the Printer is not complete so it conitues to restart the process. With the problem i cant print at all
We would recommend to try to update the firmware for this printer from the Fargo website - www.fargo.com. Update the print driver to the most current version from this site as well. Run a test card from the LCD panel if the printer starts after your updates. If successful, run a test card from the print driver on the computer.
If this does not work, there may be major issues. Contact Fargo Technical Support at 800-459-5636.
