Re: 2 discs stuck in PS3
The disk feed system doesnt have enough room to feed 2 disks at once OUT of the system. you can try and tilt the system VERY CARFULLY and see if you can get the disks ejected. if not, you can just bring the ps3 into somewhere that can treat those types of things like a gamestop or call customer service to see what you can do.

If cleaning the lens doesn't resolve the problem, that same website also has a means of purchasing a replacement. If you just want to clean the inside of the disc drive, put the PS2 back together and open up the tray.
Clean everything with a cotton swab, including the laser lens.
Try to hit the eject button many times until you can grab one. To grab it if you can reach it, I would get a set of needle noise pliers and a cloth (too protect the disc) and fold the cloth then put it on the pliers so that the pliers don't scratch the disc and pull it out.
With two discs in the system, it is more than likely that the discs are stuck. This would prevent the discs from spinning and it is possible that the discs are wedged. If you are handy, you could try to take the case off and remove the discs manually, otherwise I would advise taking it to a repiar shop.
I researched this problem since my twin 2 1/2 year old sons decided that my PS3 was hungry and needed a steady diet of 3 discs all at once. On a similar discussion board, someone discussed using butter knives to pinch the discs (one on top and one on bottom) and pull them out. This worked to perfection! Just be sure to pull the power cable from the back of your PS3 prior to sticking any objects (i.e. metal knives) into the front of it.
shake the unit with no cd in if it rattles then there is a cd stuck, you could try taking apart but its not easy you have to take off hidden screw caps & unclip panels using an old credit card so as not to dent the plastic, plus there is allways one or two screws hiding !
hope this helps !
lol funny situation now maybe you should get either 2 very thin peices of wire or something sort of solid and fish it out or unscrew your console and if there are wires hanging from bits just dont touch them and keep unscrewing and remember were you took the things out from then when you get to the cd slot take the ds card out and that should work good luck
1. Unplug PS3
2. Stand up so as you are looking down into the disc opening.
3. Fold out the felt that protects the drive.
4. Look for what resembles a disc. (You should see it)
5. Take to butter knives from your kitchen and with both hands use it like tongs to go into the drive and pinch the disc.
6. Pull out the disc and your DONE.
