Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W80 Digital Camera
When I turn my camera on, the lense cycles in and out three or four times then I get a message saying turn the camera off and on again.
I do and get the same problem. What can I do?
Can you fix it?
What you are seeing is a generic lens error message, your lens needs to be repaired or replaced. If you go to our website Darntoothysam com, and search for "W80" you will find the listing for the repair package for only about $70 total including return shipping! We will install a new lens in the camera and give you a 45 day warranty on parts and labor for this price, as we are now able to buy lenses overseas at a great price direct from the manufacturers.
I cannot post a link to the repair or Fixya will ban me! So please go to the website and search "W80", you can also check out our eBay store, eBay ID is "darntoothysam".
We hope to earn your business!
