Hello Dugen, obviously you have a problem in the function stage, it may be missing a voltage or you can have voltage leaks in the output amplifiers, you should check it with the service manual, if you have the knowledge and if not you have to take it to a specialized technical service
Go to eservice: http://www.eserviceinfo.com/index.php?what=search2 and search for VSX-305. You can downlaod the manual. The service manual is widely found with a google search but is also listed at the eservice website. Oh, Ebay has the service manuals as well.
www.pioneerusa.com then support. I could not find your "Exact" model, and it could depend on where it was purchased. Look at units closely labeled to yours and chances are it will be the same with a different #. Hope this helps
The transistors are marked with the part # on them A1302 for example would be 2SA1302. most transistors all you do is add "2S" to the front. If the fuse opened then you may only need the two transistors, if it did not then you will need to replace the dual emmitter resistor and a few resistors 4.7ohm and 100ohm are common in pioneers.
That type of subwoofer is not used with this receiver. This receiver actually outputs no power for a subwoofer, therefore only needs a plain ol' rca signal wire. This is due to the fact that you need a powered sub... one that you plug in to the wall and it has its own built in amp. you simply run an rca from yyour 505s to that sub.
my reciever is not functioning,i think, i need service manual or schematic diagram for troubleshooting please send this to my email ad [email protected]
I have this receiver, and just scanned the manual for an individual. If you still need a copy of it, let me know and we can figure out how to get a copy to you. Regards, Berry [email protected]
