Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
On all HP ink jet printers the connectors in the cartridge bays can cause any number of problems from not detecting cartridges to print quality issues. All you have to do is take a Q-tip and put a few drops of water on it. Now unplug your printer and gently swab off the connectors (they look like a bunch of gold dots in the ink bay. You will see them after you remove your ink. If the water doesn't cut it then try a little bit of alcohol. Continue this until your Q-tip comes out clean. It may take several attempts to clean completely.
