Question about Computers & Internet
I could be more specific if I knew what you were using for email but here goes.
Hold your mouse over the beginning of the link. Press the left mouse button and hold it down, now drag it to the end of the link. The link should now be highlighted, click on the right mouse button and a menu will pop up, select Copy.
Open a new browser window and in the address bar (where it shows http:// ....) click on it once with the left button, the address should highlight. Click on your right mouse button and select Paste.
Press the Enter key and you should go to that link.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
