Question about Audio Players & Recorders
This has been a problem in the past but i havent had it for a while, when i put music on the mp3 from mmy windows media it says that the music is on there and takes up space , but when i turn on the player it says no data how do i fix this?
Try connecting the MP3 to a computer and performing a complete format.
To do this , when the MP3 disk is recognised on computer, go to my computer, then click right mouse button on MP3 removable disk and chose format.
Chose full format fat32.
If the MP3 goes bad again, that means that the solid state disk inside is faulty, and does not hold the format anymore.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
