The lamp or bulb may be burn out, if you have sound but no picture this may be the problem, thats what mine did and it was the bulb, hope this is helpfull

Try to unplug set and a box if used from power for several minutes and then power back to see if a reboot will help or not.

No picture in a picture


The picture for picture-in-a-picture must come from somewhere. Try a DVD for the picture in picture. It may be the second tuner for the picture in picture that has failed.

My picture shut off. Power lite clicks, blinks,no picture


how many times is the power light blinking as thats a error code. 3 blinks is the most famous which means convergence circuit failure.

Hi,

That's correct. As you have no picture and no sound, you need to replace flyback and power transistor.

What i would advise you that you can purchase the flyback and Horizontal output resistor online and you can also fix it yourself. That would help you save certain bucks.

try resoldering vertical output ic pins, no vertical deflection will shut off picture. may need ic replacing along with electrolytic cap.
