Your water valve inside the washer is either stuck, no water going to hose or the washing isn't sending voltage to open the valve. Start first by removing the hose. If water starts spraying all over the place turn off the hose and check for a blockage when it connects. Sediment may have clogged the screens there. More than likely a new water valve should take care of the problem. Sometimes sediment can pass through the screen and accumulate causing it not to open causing it to stick when voltage is applied as well.

Water will not come in washer

If it is trying to sense the load but not filling you could have a bad inlet water valve. That is the part that the hoses screw to on the machine back. If you are using HOT wash try switching to COLD wash as see if that works. The valve has 2 parts to it--half for hot and half for cold. If either side goes bad it needs replaced.

Washer will not spin water out

There is a flap inside of the washer that comes up as the washer begins to spin...Just replace that valve and everything should be fine. As long as its spinning and washing you will not need to get a new one :)

Washer wont fill up during rinse cycle

all rinse cycles are filled with cold water to keep the clothes from wrinkling.set up the washer to run with just cold water.start it,if no water comes into washer, shut down your house water valve that fills the washer, take off the cold water hose, stick it in the washer or if there's a sink or where ever and turn on the water,if water comes out of the hose then you need a new water valve on the washer

My washer wont drain

It sounds like you need a 2 way valve , its a valve thats suppose to recycle the water during the wash and then open so that the water can drain. it's at the bottom of the washer right by the drain hose.

Washing machine wont fill

hmmm...wool requires cold water...I'm guessing that first the hot water and now the cold water solenoid valves have become clogged with sediment. test by turning off water. then loosen the hose connection to each inlet in back of washer. then slowly open water valves and let water pour into wash tub if hose will reach, otherwise pour into a bucket. if water comes out of hose, then look for metal screens at hose connections to washer and clean those. if still no water through solenoids (after re-connecting water hoses) then may need to disassemble solenoids and clean those too.
