Try to run MS-DOS program in XP SP3 Laptop hp. Writing: this program must be run under Win32

Verify if the file is not corrupted.
If you are sure that the file works, try to adjust the compatibility mode. You can right click the file and you should see some options on lowering the compatibility mode.

I need Sound driver HP Pavilion DV5234US 15.4" Entertainment Notebook Laptop PC Notebook for windows 7 ultimate

Sorry to said but there are no drivers for your notebook for Windows 7. I suggest you to download from this link previous drivers and use these drivers at your notebook in compatibility mode. This means that before the drivers installation, right click on the installation file, choose properties - compatibility and check compatibility with the version of the drivers you download. For example if you download the drivers for Vista check the Vista compatibility. Note that the Vista drivers are available for 64bit also.

In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.

I installed Windows 7 on a laptop (HP DV2000) now the it give problems to come on, I tried over and over finaly i got Windows Vista 32bit on it, but it still giving the same problem, what can i do or how...

Windows 7 is designed for latest hardware and the Laptop you are using is quite an old. We will face compatibility issues.

I suggest you to run a Compatibility Advisor to know which Windows 7 version is compatible for your Notebook.

Advisor Tool
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/upgrade-advisor.aspx

Install the suggested version using an upgrade Disk. If you use retail version, you will face the driver compatibility issues.

All windows 7 driver will not available. But, you can use Vista driver for Windows 7 if it is installed using an upgrade disk

Unable to ru 16-bit windows program on my HP laptop

You should be able to accomplish that by going to the folder that the program is located in, right clicking the EXE file you want to run, choose properties, select compatibility mode from the top tabs, check the box marked run in compatibility mode and set it to Windows 95.

HP Pavilion laptop freezes daily and i force manual shutdown

It sound's like there could be a compatibility problem, maybe corrupt file's, or missing start up file's, have you tried doing a window's update, or doing a disc check on the hard drive, go to my computer right click the drive then go to propertie's, click on tool's then click check now for drive error's. if that do'es not work you may need to reformat back to the original xp os.

RAM upgrade is not working

A 200-pin PC-3200 SODIMM should work in your machine but it will clock down to 333MHz. Your computer has 2 slots with a max of 512MB per slot (1GB total system memory). For maximum compatibility you should stick with a low density (16-chip - double-sided) PC2700 DDR-333 SODIMM with a CL of 2.5. Link below to see an example:
