Question about Computers & Internet
I gave my father my old Gateway monitor #FPD1950 to use on his PC, he is running windows XP like myself. We disconnected his old CRT and hooked up the LCD with the analog cable as he does not have a digital port, and nothing but a blank screen. Is the cable different for CRT/ LCD connections? Maybe it is a software issue? How do I find the software on my computer and download it for him. Any ideas? Joe
It's could be the backlight inverter are busted...try plugged to another PC. If it still the same problems... Replaced a new backlight inverter or repaired it.
