I can't configure or access my flexijack on Creative Labs Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Pro Series Sound Card

I have a Creative Labs Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Pro Series Sound Card and my mic won't work. I have the latest drivers. I can not access anything that will let me configure the flexijack to accept mic input. Tech support at creative is horrible.

Check first audio properties, in control panel.

On windows the mic is disabled by default, you need to manually enable audio in, either from control panel, or from audio card mixer.

Well the ports on the card could be shot and the card might have been installed by a person with a static charge built on thier hands without them knowing, which can cause the card's electronics to fry and be ALMOST completely disabled. try using a different mic or taking the card out and re-installing it.

I cant find my main board audio drivers

the best thing to do is use the creative auto update system
about midway down the screen is a button the use auto update
you need to use Internet Explorer to install the auto update option.
this is the best way to maintain creative audio drivers.

Give the driver

the best best it to use the creative auto updater - only way to be sure you are getting the correct drivers.
You need to use Internet Explorer to install the auto updated. It does not work with any other browser
use this link http://support.creative.com/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?catID=1&CatName=Sound+Blaster&subCatID=231&subCatName=MIDI+Keyboards&prodID=19749&prodName=Sound+Blaster+X-Fi+Titanium+HD&bTopTwenty=1&VARSET=prodfaq:PRODFAQ_19749,VARSET=CategoryID:1
then middle right of the page select click on change configuration or use auto update - will link you to the auto update installer.
Please let me know whether this works for you, if not we can go for the more complex solution?

What you need to do is make surre that you have your recording source set to "What You Hear" or your Microphone for you to get your audio for the games. The link below will cover this.
