Question about Computers & Internet

Open Question

After installing 'ultimate mahjongg 15' I tried to play but upon opening an error message pops up on the screen instead asking if I want to send the error message on to microsoft. the error has something to do with this game and the IP address or something like that ????? Not that advanced with these program conflict errors. Will I be able to play at all? or am I just out of luck? Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: I can't play any games on my Samsung SGH J750 cell phone

You have downloaded the game that is not supported by your mobile. Thats why you are receiving this message . For example : Certain games can work in java interface , some works under different interface . Check before downloading whether that game is supported by your model. Don't download any game from free website . They can damage your phone .

Hope this helps.

SOURCE: A problem with The Sims Pet Stories

When you had the game before, were you running a different version of Windows than you are using now? Are you using software now you didnt have before? Has the game ever worked properly? Head to the game company's website and see if there is a patch or an update for the game. It seems like a hardware to software issue. Reinstall the game, restart the computer (even if youre not told to do so), then look for a patch. If there is one, follow the instructions to install it, and restart after installing the patch. DO NOT TRY TO RUN THE GAME until all of this is done first.

SOURCE: message appear upon start up

Shouldn't be a huge issue, but it can either be caused by a faulty program or a faulty ram. Seeing as the desktop you're referring to is a bit older, check the RAM:

If it is problematic, you'll need to replace it. Using your service tag, go on dell.com's website, under help and support. Lookup your service tag and it will inform you which ram you should purchase.

install CCleaner - http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
click on tools > uninstall > select mahjongg > run uninstaller
running CCleaner (the home screen) afterwards wouldn't be a bad idea, either.

Upon startup of game get this error message- "unable to initialize video mode: could not set screen mode."

try download n install latest driver..

Here is something you can try for now:
Many games provide an option to be started in "window"-mode instead of fullscreen.
Open a terminal, cd to the directory where the game is installed and start it from there, but append "--help" behind the command name (or "-h" if that didn't work)! Keep an eye open for an option that looks as if it starts the game in window-mode.
