Question about Sanyo Cameras
Its hard to say without seeing the camera if you can clean it or not...
If there is water exposure to the LCD and it has 'cloudy' spots on it now, the damage is most likely to your backlight, not the LCD, and the only solution is to replace the backlight.
If you have a window over your LCD and there are spots on the inside of it, you can take apart the camera case and clean off the inside of the window fairly easily... if you are skilled with a screwdriver etc. that is.
It's also possible that there is damage to the LCD which you might be able to clean off if you take apart the camera, but as I said without seeing it myself all I can do is guess.
Hopefully this helps, feel free to contact me for more help if needed.
