Question about Garmin StreetPilot c340 GPS Receiver
Recently my Garmin c340 "died" on me. When plugged in to a cig. lighter that works or a power outlet in my truck, it will not come on using the "on" button on the lower right side. I tried a different power source today (diff. car) and the initial Garmin screen came on for about 2 or 3 seconds. All I know is that the power sources are good. Where is the reset button located? Where is the fuse located? Where can one buy a new fuse, Radioshack? Thanks in advance.
I had this problem before, i called garmin and they told me that the charger cradle was not design properly so it sometimes doesnt charge...anyways...carefully remove the grey cover around touchscreen and there is a master reset which will set it back to factory...it worked for me...good luck!
