When you go through the ebay item listing process it will ask you in the "add images" section if you want to add images. There will be "browse button next to a text field. Click browse, navigate to where the images are and click on the one you want. It then will be in add to your listing once you hit the "upload button". waalaa, you did it! One extra little tip the larger the image the longer it will take to upload if it uploads at all. To remedy this edit your pictures in a photo editor. If you need help with editing I will be more than happy to assist you..."feed a man a fish and he eats for a day, show him how to fish and he eats for a lifetime"......

  • Hi, please see this e-bay link that explains all about uploading a photo to your listing . There are a few options. If you let me know where you are at and if you are using the free or paid picture listing option I would be happy to further assist. I have used E-Bay for years and know all the ins and outs.

PICTURES ALL FAIL SINCE EBAY UPGRADED. I CAN NOT LIST ITEMS WITHOUT PICTURES ebay moved me up to power seller and i havn't been able to list with pictures since

Thanks for visiting FixYa!

Over the past few days I've noticed many sellers not having a picture of their item on the "Search Listings Page'. I thought it was odd....

Until eBay gets this problem solved, a simple (better and free) way to add pictures on your eBay page is to download them to Photobucket. (To register and get a free account with Photobucket, click here.) Photobucket is totally free.

Once the photo's of your items are uploaded to Photobucket, place your mouse on the picture (in your Photobucket album) and a drop-down menu will automatically open under the picture. Look for the HTML code and click on it. It will say, 'Copied' when you do.

Next, on the page where you create your eBay listing (where you would normally type in the information about the item you wish to sell) look to the top of the box and locate the HTML Tab - and click on it.

Then right-click and paste the HTML code from Photobucket into the box.

Next, click on the Standard Tab to return to the 'create your listing' page. You'll see the picture there that you have on Photobucket. If you click on the picture then click on the 'Center' button (as though you were centering text) it will center the picture on the page for you.

You can include as many pictures as you want in the listing at no charge. (eBay only charges if they host the picture.) Now, since Photobucket is hosting your pictures, all the pictures you put in your eBay listing(s) are free.

We've been doing this for years and have saved a ton of money from not having to pay eBay to host our pictures. And, it's OK with eBay to do so. That's why they have the HTML Tab on the 'Create Your Listing' page.

1) You can re-size your picture(s) on the 'create your listing' page by clicking on it and then clicking on the little 'handles' at the corners of the picture. If you need to re-size more than once - click in any white area outside the picture and then click back on the picture again.

2) Once you have more experience with this, you'll want to place all of your pictures on one layer (by using Corel Draw for example) then transferring the (one) .jpeg picture to Photobucket. When you do, keep in mind that you really don't want your .jpeg image to be any larger than 875 pixels wide.

Once you get the hang of it, you'll never download any pictures to eBay again. (except for the first one which is free).

Maybe this is a blessing in disguise for you....

Thanks again for visiting FixYa!

Transfer money out of ebay account

1. Log into your account.
2. Click on My Account on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
3. You will see Overview Add funds Withdraw
4. Select Withdraw.
5. If your bank account is verified you can request a deposit. You can also request a check to be mailed to you. You can also withdraw via Paypal.
! If you use Paypal the money might be put under hold for a long time, in case the buyer has a complaint.
Hope this helps, Traian

Hi I need some info is there something called safe account on ebay, cause I am interested in buying a car , and the seller says that if I put the money in a safe account then he can ship me the car and if...

there are no SAFE ACCOUNTS ON eBay. You need to purchase the item using your eBay account so that you can be eligible of the vehicle protection program. there are also no eBay agent who collects the payment and there is also NO eBay WAREHOUSE. if these are visible to the deal that you are getting with the seller, i suggest that you need to report this seller by sending all the emails you from this seller to and DO NOT CONTINUE THE TRANSACTION. always ask for the eBay user id and the 12 digit item number if you will purchase an item on eBay.

Happy New Year! Cheers!

I need help in transfering pictures from iphoto to Ebay for an add we are placing.

You will just neet copy need to copy the URL of the photo on iphoto and paste it on your eBay listing. The URL is directly under the photo. You will just need to scroll down on the description box on your "Sell your item" form on eBay and then click on the HTML tab and transfer the URL of the photo on the HTML box on the description. The other option is to copy and paste the photo and save it on your computer, so when you browsse and upload a picture on your listing, you can search for the photo on your computer and transfer it on your listing.

I cannot use my eBay account

You've been hacked; I had someone hack my account a couple of years ago and list a piece of construction equipment for sale that didn't exist and my password had been changed.  If I hadn't caught it in time, and dealt real time messaging with eBay, I could have been charged with fraud. Don't let this go and NEVER give any bank information in response to any email; no legitimate company EVER does that!  I check the eBay site for assistance via IM and take care of this NOW.
It took a couple of weeks but I finally got my perfect eBay rating and screen name back and now have a password that even the d*mned govemment can't hack.
