You can get a Recovery CD for your model laptop from the HP WEB site. Boot up with the recovery CD and follow the instructions to restore your laptop to Out of the Box condition.

You can download the recovery CD and device drivers from the Compaq/HP WEB support/download page. Make sure you select your model laptop and the Windows drivers you require and install them. Click on this link to download the drivers: -

Is there a website where i can download a recovery hp pavilion zv5000 disk

If you have a Windows Xp CD and your laptop has the serial no. then
1. Insert the CD in CD-Rom and follow the instruction to install the Windows XP.
2. Once you installed the XP, try to get connect with internet, most of the time the LAN drivers installed, plug the Ethernet wire with your computer go to the browser.
3. type www.hp.com
4. Click Support & Drivers
5. Select Download Drivers and type your product no.
6. Install each component Sound, VGA, Wireless from the list.

This is the simple way to recover your computer without recovery CD. for this you dont have to be technical but smart to choose the steps. Good Luck. Amir
