Is the receiver lights working?
Try this:
Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.
Hope this helps. Bud

It´s hard to control it. It don't work correctly. I'ts slow and inexact

I've never personally use Micro Innovations (or heard of them) but this is a Radio Frequency mouse so you could be getting some interference that is causing it to do such. i would suggest taking to a friend's house and trying there to see if it acts differently

also look to see what the DPI is for the mouse. anything under 1000 will "feel wrong" especially when not used on a mouse pad.

hope this helps,
Thomas

I broke the plug on the mini-receiver (LZ738AE-831842-0000). Is there a replacement? I bought another unit with the LZ942AE receiver. It works the mouse but not the keyboard.

First I would say contact them and give them a sob story about
your hungry child broke it, most times when I let a company know something broke they say well send one right out.

You could be surprised. Then again they could just make you not buy there products.

My mouse is stuck...

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch.
Hope this helps you. Bud

Keys not functioning

I was just about to post that I have the same problem (keys not working on Y-RR54 except scroll, F Mode, etc.) But as I was posting, my keyboard started working. Here's how:
Keep your Y-RR54 connected and hook up another keyboard. WIth the other keyboard, go to Logitech.com and go to their Support section. Select your product (Keyboard and Mouse Combo -> LX700) and then go to Downloads. Download the latest Logitech Setpoint software and install it to your machine. Make sure the Y-RR54 is connected to the receiver before you install. The latest version as of this message is 4.70.213. Let it go through the install, and when you get to the program, click "My Keyboard" and it will make you go through a "Secure Connection" process. After this process was over, my keyboard worked just fine. I'm typing from it right now.

My ex110 combo came without any instructions, how do I at least get started?

Did you put batteries in both units before connecting the Receiver to a USB port?
Then did you use the CD software program that came with the keyboard and mouse and install the program?
After doing the install the following info will help to make them operational.

Bud

Sounds like the mouse is bad. If you bought it from a friend, then it may very well be the case. I would replace the unit.

Re: wireless mouse and keyboard; mouse not detected

I bought the same combo from a parts house. The guy told me the mouse didn't work but didn't know why. I had the same problem. When I inspected the mouse closely, I found that the connect button on the bottom of the mouse had stuck underneath the housing...basically in the "connect position". When I freed it, the mouse worked and still works just fine. Hope this helps
