Question about Kenmore 3.2 cu. ft. Top Load Washer
Ever since I got my washer I've had problems with a mildew smell. If I leave the front door open in between loads it will lesson somewhat. Friends make comments about the smell in the house as soon as they enter the front door. If I don't get the clothes out of the washer and into the dryer right away I end up having to put the clothes through the washing cycle again to try to get rid of the smell.
Is there some sort of screen or filter that I need to change or clean that I am unaware of?
Thanks for your help.
Run the washer, with no clothes,
and 2 cups of bleach instead of detergent.
kills any mould in the washer
at least until you find the original cause, it wont stink
