Re: Old Unknown Password for Voicemail
Unfortunately the passwords can not be seen and the only solution is to delete the mailbox and re-install it. Your Admin Assistant should be able to add and delete mailboxes. Sorry, Let me know if you need help with deleting and adding the mailbox. .....Mitelmike

log into your voicemail with your old password and follow prompts to change your voicemail options. Password and message will be one of them. If you don't know your password, you will have to phone your carrier and answer security questions for them to reset it. Then you will be setting it up as a new customer.
Have your system administrator go into voicemail programming and reset the mailbox password. The default password will be "0000".
I hope you understand that having passwords in the first place is a security measure, so I will not give directions for hacking into your companies voicemail system.
I assume you forgot the passcode to a voicemail box , not the pass code to the voice mail system. The easiest way to fix your problem is to enter voice mail programming(from a telephone) and delete the box and then create the same box again. That way the mailbox when created will come up with the system default pass code
