Disney C1320PTVD TV/DVD Combi. Won't play discs just makes a spinning sound!?

You have to replace the DVD player. The problem is that parts are not available and it's difficult to open the unit. There are about 20 screws to remove, including four screws hidden behind each fender. You have to pry the fenders and rip them off to break two brackets that hold each fender on. The fenders still hold on fine with the remaining seven tabs on each fender. You have to eject the disc to get the mouth off.

I have a working DVD player for sale. It's from a car TV with a defective picture circuit, but the player runs and I hear the movie soundtrack, so I'm 99% sure it's good. I broke the mouth off the player, but it could be glued back.

If you have a good motherboard for sale with a bad DVD player, I might buy the motherboard from you.

I tried playing an audio cd 2 or three times and tho it didnt play it must have realligned the laser head as when i tried dvd it worked perfectly, thanks.

it could not read the dvd. could be the format. try to play ordinary VCD or SVCD
