Windows Vista have the drivers needed. But Windows xXP does not.

Also if the phone is not working with your memory card. move everything on your card to your computer and make a file for it. Then reformat your memory card from your phone. Then transfer back your files. Now my music and pictures are showing up.

It is not a driver to transfer pictures to your computer it is a software. It depend on the brand of the cell phone and the software is available on the internet go to the website and download the pcsuite sofware for your cell phone.

your cell phone is NOKIA just go to www.nokia.com and find the pcsuite software to download it free.

uninstall the software then reinstall it

hi! Goto setting switch ON the bluetooth! install the bluetooth devices to the computer! insert the device in the computer! pair the mobile and computer!select the pictures and send through via bluetooth! and finaly u transfer mobile picture to the computer!

If the pics are on the computer, go to Windows Media Player 11 in the toolbar click on the arrow below Library, click on pictures, any pics on the computer should show up in the picture library, sync your phone via cable drag and drop to sync list and they should transfer. Pictures have to be in the right format to show up on a cell phone.

Check with the manual and see what type of format is/are supported by your phone. I have had both LG and Samsung phones and unfortunately, they do not share the same formats for pix, flix, I think the music files are similar.

What is the make and model of your phone?

when you plug in the phone to the computer, go into menu- tools - mass storage- connect to computer and just look for the removable disk storage on " my computer" transfer all your music files to the media folder. hope this helps if you haven't gotten it to work
