This is a lexmark based machine with IBM logo's

To enter the Diagnostic Mode:
1. Turn the printer off.
2. Press and hold the Go and Return buttons.
3. Turn the printer on.
4. Release the buttons when "Performing Self Test" displays on
the operator panel.
This counter is reset by the servicer after a "80 Scheduled
Maintenance" message displays (300K copies) and a maintenance
kit is installed.
To view the Maintenance Page Count:
1. Select Maintenance Count Value from the diagnostic menu.
2. Press Return to go to the previous menu.
To reset the Maintenance Page Count to zero:
1. Select Reset Maintenance Count. Pressing Select causes the
maintenance page counter to reset to zero.
- Reset Maintenance Count Saved displays momentarily.
When the reset operation is complete, the menu returns to
the Printer Setup Reset Maintenance Count screen.

After printing 215,000 pages, the MFP alerts you to order a maintenance kit. The message can be
temporarily cleared for approximately 10,000 pages by using the CLEAR MAINTENANCE
MESSAGE item on the RESETS submenu. When the page count reaches 225,000, you can no

1 Turn the MFP off and then on.
2 When the memory count appears on the control-panel display, press and hold 6 until all three
LEDs flash once and then stay on. (This might take up to 20 seconds.)
3 Release 6 and then press 3.
4 Press 6 to select NEW MAINTENANCE KIT.
5 The MFP completes its initialization sequence. The maintenance-kit counter is automatically reset.

You need to replace your Maintenance kit and reset the fuser count.

Yeah, sadly that also goes by time. I don't know of a way to reset it. Other than replace the maintenance kit.
I would suggest googling a business called The Parts Drop. Call and talk to Britt and see if he has the kit or even just the chip to replace to reset the count.
You would want to make sure the large white roller is not dried out if you are just going to replace the chip. It is loaded with silicon lubricant that cleans and prepares the drum. If it is dried out, it will not be any good and the paper will tack to the drum.

Call Xerox. If they can't reset it, They will sent you a new Mtc kit. Thay will want that count sheet. Plus, They will not warrenty any kits over 6 months.

I think the maintanance kit runs out based on time and usage, which ever comes first, roll back your printers clock a few months or more and see if that fix's the problem.
