TV was playing OK, last night something happened, double image, top and bottom rounded with no picure image, and the channels indicator crooked and off by 15 degrees, adjusted the colors, both horizontal and vertical line up perfect in the middle of the screen, but on the edges they are way off.
What else can I do ?

Check your remote control for its proper working first. Then think of the remote sensor inside your TV. To get more details about how to check remote control, click this link. If remote control is Ok, replace the infrared sensor, which can be located just behind the infrared sensor window of your Tv. You have to open your TV, and desolder it out and solder a new one in position. The infrared sensor will look like these. There are sevieral types, and just confirm which type is used in your TV. Picures of some types are attached.

You need to upgrade to the high definition
cable box---but first try this. Hook the cable from the wall directly to the tv
and autoprogram it. If Comcast is anything like charter they transmit the local
Hd channels in a format that digital tuner will pick them up. Just channel
up/down and check out the channels with -1 and -2's behind them. Depending on
where you are----your local channels will usually show up wherever they
normally do but with a -1 behind it.
EX: local Fox channel on 47---autoprogram and check 47-1
If this is enough HD for you then get a two way spitter and hook your box back
up and keep using the RCA (composite) cables for the best it can produce.
One or more colors can't be adjusted when when using the convergence menu. Screen is bowed in but stationary.
You need to replace the convergence chips and convergence resistors. Check the site www.TvRepairKits.com. They have put together a kit for your exact model. The kit inlcludes a photo instruction guide, original Sanyo STK chips, convergence resistors, etc. Everything you need to fix it yourself. Its an easy fix.
