I inadvertently pushed the wrong buttons on the control panel while trying to make a copy. I then pushed the buttons in the right order. The printer would not print. I turned the printer off: now I can't turn it back on. Help!!

You can diagnose most problems by checking the control panel LED's for ink out, paper-out or copier problem. If a problem occurs while you're printing, you'll see an error message in the progress window on your computer. It may also be helpful to try running a printer nozzle check.

Do you get the same result when making a copy using the Copy button on your printer operator panel? Try to remove the power adapter from the printer.
Wait at least 10 seconds before replugging the power adapter. This will give enough time for the printer to reset itself. When the printer turns on, reinsert the cartridges. Load some paper and try to make a copy or scan again.

Hi, Try resetting the printer to factory Defaults. First turn off the
printer, then open the front cover like if you were to take the toner cartridge
out. Once the front cover is open then push and hold the two buttons on
the panel of the printer and turn the printer on. Make sure the front
cover is open and that you are pushing the two buttons all the lights
and they will stop at the very bottom light and stay solid once that
happens let go of the buttons and close the cover and that should reset
the printer. If that does not fix the problem then it could be something wrong with the Controller Board and will probably need to be replaced.
